Destroy the one on top of the rock outcropping to reveal a pressure pad that opens a crate on the ground. The time limit resets on each successful hit. There are 9 Bat-flags in the surrounding area, and you have 10 seconds to hit each one. You will see this brick out in the open, but transparent. On top of one of the rocky outcroppings you will see a scanable area. Smash it to light up the building and open the chest, revealing a bunch of studs and the brick. At the foot of the building is a breakable floor. On top of one of the buildings is a locked red treasure chest. Locate the giant statue of a Star Sapphire, and melt the gold nugget she holds aloft to reveal the brick.
